“Trump International Dubai” .. a new luxury icon in the heart of the city with the highest pool in the world

Trump and Dar Global have announced plans to build a Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai. The skyscraper height will reach 350 meters (1,148 feet), making it one of the longest buildings in the city.

The tower design is simple and thin, with a noticeable vacuum at the top of the Shanghai International Financial Center.

Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of Trump (whose US President Donald Trump maintains) said: He added, “We are honored to cooperate again with Dar Global in this prominent project, to offer unparalleled quality and global level facilities to the luxurious Dubai market. Dubai is a global destination that shares our vision of iconic development, and we are proud to expand the Trump brand in one of the most dynamic cities on Earth. ”

This project focuses on luxury real estate and represents a new partnership between Trump and Dar Global. The Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai will include 80 floors dedicated to residential and hotel use, at a cost of one billion dollars.

Wings design is inspired by Trump Benthaus Tower in New York, but in calm colors, and windows from floor to ceiling will provide views of a number of Dubai landmarks, including Burj Khalifa. The amenities will include the highest external swimming pool in the world, along with an exclusive special club called “The Trump”.

The building aims to provide a luxurious life and a luxurious hospitality with a focus on modern design and comfort. This project comes within the framework of cooperation between Trump and Dar Global in the real estate sector in Dubai.

There is currently no confirmed date to start construction or information about the architect of the Trump International Hotel and Tower Hotel & Tower in Dubai. However, the project is expected to be completed by December 2031.
