المملكة: Paid .. Controls and conditions for the procedure for performing the Hajj pilgrimage

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development confirmed that the work system provides an opportunity for workers to obtain a paid leave to perform the Hajj pilgrimage, through clear regular controls that preserve the rights of all parties to the contractual relationship.
The ministry clarified through its account with the “X” platform controls and conditions for entitlement to the Hajj pilgrimage leave for workers in the work system, which is as follows:
Duration:
The worker has the right to obtain a fee for at least ten days and not exceeding fifteen days, including the Eid al -Adha holiday.

Conditions of Hajj leave

Possibility:
The worker has the right to obtain a fee for performing the Hajj pilgrimage for one time for the duration of his service, if he had not performed it before.
Merit:
It is required for the entitlement of the leave that the worker has spent at least two years of employer.
number:
The employer has the right to determine the number of workers who are granted this leave annually, according to the requirements of the work.
