During a telephone conversation with the head of state .. Aoun expresses his appreciation for the decision to cancel the banning of citizens to Lebanon

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, received today a phone call from His Excellency Joseph Aoun, President of the sisterly Lebanese Republic, during which he expressed his thanks and appreciation for the UAE decision to cancel the banning of its citizens to Lebanon and allowing them to travel to it from May 7, 2025.
The Lebanese President appreciated this step, which expresses the authentic positions of the UAE towards the Lebanese people, looking forward to more fruitful cooperation in the interest of the two UAE and Lebanese peoples.
During the communication, the two sides also discussed brotherly relations and various aspects of joint work and the ways to develop it for the good of the two countries and their two brotherly peoples.
