Abdullah Al -Faris as Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Zain Saudi Arabia” .. and Badr Al -Kharafi as a deputy

The Saudi mobile communications company (Zain Saudi Arabia) announced today, Monday, the appointment of Abdullah bin Fahd Al -Faris as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Badr bin Nasser Al -Kharafi as his deputy, for the 4 -year new council session.
According to the decisions of the ordinary general assembly of “Zain” held on May 4, it was agreed to form the review committee to be occupied by: Talal bin Saeed Al -Maamari (non -executive member), Osama Michel Matta (non -executive member), and Omar bin Abdul Rahman Al -Mahmoud (independent member).
The rewards and nominations committee consists of: Badr bin Nasser Al -Kharafi (a non -executive member), Kamil Hilal (non -executive member), and Ziad bin Hassan Al -Hazmi (independent member).
It was agreed to appoint Muhammad bin Mushabab bin Khudair, as Secretary of the Board of Directors, in addition to appointing the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Trading Group, and the Securities Deposit Center Company, for all the purpose related to the application of the financial market system and its executive regulations.
