Dubai Endowments and UAE to care for the gifted

The Endowments Foundation and the Management of the Palaces of Dubai, and the Emirates Association for the Care of the Gifted, announced the launch of the “stopping care of the gifted” project on a land granted by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, to be a permanent endowment that supports the people of the homeland from the talented.

The endowment consists of an investment real estate building with a total value of 70 million dirhams, consisting of two grounds and six floors, and includes 36 housing units, commercial stores and parking lots, and its total area is 70 thousand square feet, and is held on a custom plot of land in the Riffa area, with a value of about 40 million dirhams, while the costs of building and constructing the endowment are about 30 million dirhams.

The endowment is expected to be completed within two years of launch, so that (Dubai Endowments) undertakes the endowment, management and investment of the endowment, and the building and the land on which it is held is a life endowment with the (Dubai Endowments) counterparts, and its returns are spent on supporting the strategic goals of the Emirates Association for the Care of the Gifted.
