“International Justice” rejects the lawsuit submitted by the Sudanese Armed Forces against the UAE and crosses out the issue

The International Court of Justice rejected the lawsuit submitted by the Sudanese army against the UAE for lack of jurisdiction and the case has been removed, stressing that the court cannot issue temporary measures that Sudan requested against the UAE.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs and the representative of the UAE before the International Court of Justice Reem Kett has confirmed that the lawsuit filed by Sudan before the International Court of Justice is not based on legal or realistic foundations.

She explained that the UAE is not a party to the armed conflict in Sudan, and does not provide any military support to anyone, which makes the allegations against it incorrect and baseless.
