Gargash after the International Court of Justice’s decision: The falsehood has a tour and the right is a state

After the decision of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, today, Monday, the lawsuit submitted by the Sudanese Armed Forces against the Emirates, said Dr. Anwar Gargash, diplomatic advisor to His Highness the President of the State, in a post via the X platform: “The falsehood has a tour and the right of a state.”

The UAE welcomed the decision of the International Court of Justice to reject the lawsuit submitted by the Sudanese Armed Forces against the UAE, based on the clear absence of the judicial jurisdiction, and based on this decision, the case will be filed from the court’s record and all the procedures related to it will end officially.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, the representative of the Emirates before the court, Reem Kettt, had said in a statement: “The decision clearly and cutting off that the lawsuit submitted is unfounded and evident, that today’s decision is a decisive rejection of the Sudanese armed forces’ attempt to exploit the court to spread misleading information, and distracts from its responsibility in the conflict.”
