The authority organized a session of the Customer Council on the services of people of determination “, in cooperation with the Rashid Center for People of Determination, in the presence of a group of executives, directors of departments, institutions and departments concerned in the authority with the participation of 109 representatives of schools and centers of determination and parents, where they discussed the quality of services provided in the areas of parking, public transport vehicles, and the ADAC Center Mobile.

The organization of this session, which was held at the Rashid Center for People of Determination, comes within the strategic plan of the authority 2023-2030, which includes five main goals, the most prominent of which are: the happiness of customers, by providing smooth and proactive services, and foreseeing the future by adopting flexible business models that enhance the position of the entrepreneurial body.

The Executive Director of the Licensing Corporation and the Chairman of the Customer Council in the Authority, Ahmed Mahboub, stressed the authority’s keenness to harness all its capabilities to provide ideal and comprehensive services for people of determination, and work to follow up their suggestions and requirements, in a manner that ensures improving and developing services according to the best international standards, and achieving the highest levels of happiness of customers (owners of determination).

The CEO of the Rashid Center for People of Determination, Maryam Othman, also delivered a welcome speech during the session, during which she valued the efforts of the authority and its continuous support to the category of determination through multiple and distinguished services, praising the depth of partnership between the two sides.

Aisha Al -Zahmi, Director of the Excellency Centers at the Authority, Aisha Al -Zahmi, presented a detailed presentation on the strategic plan of the Roads and Transport Authority, which includes its vision, goals and goals aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, developing the capabilities of understanding their characteristics, stimulating positive behavior, and providing specially designed services to the category of determination.

The attendees suggested to benefit from artificial intelligence technologies to develop the level of services, and to intensify the training of taxi drivers to optimal dealing with the owners of determination, in addition to increasing the number of seats allocated to them in buses and metro vehicles.

Participants stressed great interest in services that include fees exemption by 50% to 100% for the category of people of concern, including citizens, residents and tourists, in addition to the mobile dealership center, which provides comprehensive services that include the registration, transfer and renewal of vehicle ownership, technical examination, and vision examination.
