Expo Dubai celebrates the International Museum Day with cultural events

Dubai, May 13 / WAM / Expo Dubai celebrates the International Museums Day by organizing cultural and introductory activities on May 17 and 18, which includes opening the doors of the Expo 2020 Dubai and the Thuraya Park for free for free, in addition to offering a comprehensive entry card that allows visiting “Tir” and “Alf” and “vision” within the city’s facilities.
The events are reviewing the UAE’s march in hosting the first international exhibition in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, and recounts through the museum the most prominent stages of readiness and organization, including the global challenges that accompanied the residence of the Expo 2020 Dubai.
It allows visitors to explore the Thuraya Park, which provides a panoramic view of the city’s facilities from a height of 55 meters, while the joining of the three wings to the International Council of Museums is a new station that enhances the location of the city of Expo Dubai as a cultural and educational center.
Morgan Faridoni, Head of Education and Culture in the city of Expo Dubai, stressed that museums have become vital institutions that express the cultural identity of countries, and represent a bridge between the past and the future, noting the importance of this occasion in highlighting the role of museums in supporting community dialogue and enhancing cultural awareness.
