The UAE expresses its concern about the developments of the situation in the Libyan Tripoli
Abu Dhabi, May 14/ WAM/ The UAE expressed concern about the developments of the situation in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, and called on all parties to reduce the escalation, stop fighting and resort to dialogue and peaceful ways to resolve differences.
In a statement, the Ministry of Al -Zhiyah urged to preserve the safety of civilians, government headquarters and property, and to practice the utmost restraint, to get out of the current crisis.
The Ministry renewed the position of the UAE calling for the resolution of the conflict in Libya, and its full support for what preserves the security, stability and unity of Libya, in accordance with the outputs of the road map, the Security Council decisions, and the ceasefire agreement, in order to achieve the aspirations of the brotherly Libyan people towards development, stability and prosperity.
