المملكة: It starts tomorrow .. The start of the second phase of the performance of the performance of the educational jobs
The Ministry had launched the first phase of the evaluation on Sunday, May 11, 2025 AD, corresponding to 13 Dhu al -Qi’dah 1446 AH, under the name “Self -evaluation“Where the teachers, teachers and other employees of educational jobs evaluated their performance with all objectivity and transparency, reflecting the extent of their self -awareness of their level of performance, and contributes to enhancing the culture of professional review and self -development. This stage was concluded on Thursday 15 May 2025, corresponding to the 17th of Dhu al -Qi’dah.
A central station in the evaluation process
The second stage, which kicks off next Sunday, is a central station in the evaluation process, where the direct principal – such as the school leader or educational supervisor – is evaluating the employee based on his field performance, professional discipline, and his participation in developing the educational process inside the school, in addition to the extent of his achievement of the goals of teaching and learning plans, and his commitment to institutional values and behaviors.
As for the third and final stage of the evaluation, the evaluation of the accredited director, it will be launched on Sunday 25 May 2025 corresponding 27 Dhu al -Qi’dah 1446 AH, and continues until Thursday, May 29, 2025 CE, corresponding to 2 Dhu al -Hijjah, and the decisive stage in which the final evaluation is approved by the competent supervisory bodies, and the results are officially documented in the approved evaluation systems, to be used as a basic reference in the decisions of promotion and vocational development.

The evaluation process targets all educational job occupants, including male and female teachers, school leaders, agents, kindergarten teachers, student and health mentors, activity pioneers, laboratory reporters, educational supervisors and other educational cadres in various academic levels.
The Ministry of Education emphasized that the functional performance evaluation system is a strategic tool that supports professional transformation, and is linked to promotion and development paths, and contributes to building a more professional educational environment based on justice and motivation. It also stressed the importance of adhering to the deadlines set at each stage, and introducing data accurately through the approved electronic platform.

This step comes within a broader vision adopted by the Ministry to develop evaluation tools and link them to vocational qualification plans, and to build an educational system based on distinguished performance, and enhances a culture of quality and continuous improvement in all joints of educational work, in order to improve the education system in the Kingdom towards global competitive prospects.
