The Balance Council reviews its advanced projects and systems "Make in the Emirates "

Abu Dhabi, May 17/ WAM/ The Balance Council participates in the work of “Made in the Emirates 2025”, which is held in the Emnik Abu Dhabi Center from 19 to 22 May, as part of its commitment to supporting an advanced national defense system based on innovation and the superiority of national competencies.
The participation of the Balance Council embodies a practical translation of its strategic axes that aim to enable the growth of national defense industries and ensure their sustainability and develop an integrated infrastructure that contributes to building a sustainable national industrial base, and strengthening partnerships with the private sector and international investors.
In this context, the Department of Defense and Security Industry Affairs in the Balance Council reviews a set of strategic projects that the economic balance program contributed to enabling, which is one of the most prominent national tools in empowering the defensive industrial sector and enhancing the capabilities of local suppliers.

These projects include the coastal surveillance radar, developed and locally manufacturer in cooperation with the Emirates SABB Company, the designer for the protection of the territorial waters of the country, the “Your Direct Direction” initiative in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and the Talis Group, which aims to integrate local suppliers into global supply chains, in order to enhance the UAE’s presence in international markets.
The “Excellence Center for Wastes” will also be reviewed in cooperation with the Talis Group and Talis Emirates Technology Group, which specializes in the production of GROUND MASTER) locally, with integration in the manufacture of antennas, tests, and engineering support from local partners.

Projects also include the R150S system – and the hidden weapon station that is controlled in the world – and will be produced in Abu Dhabi by Childers Advanced Industries.

All of these projects constitute the commitment of the Balance Council to enhance local content, stimulate innovation, and build an independent and advanced defensive system that keeps pace with the aspirations of the rational leadership in the UAE.
