"Zayed National Museum" .. a historical lighthouse celebrates the history of our rich state and honors the legacy of the founding father
Abu Dhabi, May 17 / WAM / The Zayed National Museum – expected to open – embodies the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “may God rest his soul”, and its role is not limited to preserving and preserving history, but it goes beyond this to provide a vibrant edifice in which future generations communicate with the story of the UAE and contribute to writing its upcoming chapters.

His Excellency Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Head of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi said in a statement to Emirates News Agency “WAM” that the Zayed National Museum is a national knowledge platform that gives its visitors the opportunity to identify a variety of holdings and archaeological pieces of ancient and contemporary cultures in the UAE and the region.
He added: “The museum celebrates the history of our rich state and its culture and honors the legacy of the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan,” may God rest his soul “, who is still inspired by his vision in our career towards the future, which focused on ambition, education, culture, sustainability and love of our heritage, and all these values constitute the essence of the goals of the Zayed National Museum and the vision of the UAE.
The state will celebrate the International Day of Museums, which falls on May 18 of each year, while the Zayed National Museum offers interactive workshops and school programs aimed at motivating learners of all ages and inspiring them. In addition, the museum will be the most comprehensive sources with its information it provides about the history and culture of the UAE and follows it for the story of this land from ancient times to the present day.
