His Excellency Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Head of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi said in a statement to Emirates News Agency “WAM” that the Zayed National Museum is a national knowledge platform that gives its visitors the opportunity to identify a variety of holdings and archaeological pieces of ancient and contemporary cultures in the UAE and the region.

The state will celebrate the International Day of Museums, which falls on May 18 of each year, while the Zayed National Museum offers interactive workshops and school programs aimed at motivating learners of all ages and inspiring them. In addition, the museum will be the most comprehensive sources with its information it provides about the history and culture of the UAE and follows it for the story of this land from ancient times to the present day.
