المملكة: Activating the smart platform “Arshadni” for bus guidance services for pilgrims abroad

The bus counseling center for pilgrims in Makkah Al -Mukarramah will enhance its field services during the Hajj 1446 AH season, by activating the smart “Rashni” platform.
One of the most prominent modern technical tools in the management of bus movement and directing them accurately towards the pilgrims ’housing in the Holy Capital is part of a comprehensive operational plan supervised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

Bus guidance services for pilgrims abroad

The Deputy Director General of the Center, Yasser Kurdi, confirmed that the “Arshadni” platform is managed through an integrated control and control room, and it works directly with the “Nesk Masar” systems of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
This allows the guides immediately about the flight data, following up the movement of buses, moment by moment, and ensuring that they are directed with high efficiency, with the possibility of immediate dealing with any emergency in direct coordination with the relevant authorities.

Kurdi explained that the field guides are equipped with smart tablets, allowing them to update data and monitor tasks in a manner.

Fast and fast counseling services

The operating room is following the process of each bus from its inception until its arrival at the pilgrim housing headquarters, then determining the location of the guide and returning it to the work center, which contributes to accelerating the pace of work and raising the level of operational efficiency.

He added that the platform also allows the guides to send communications and observations directly, to be dealt with in the field by support teams, distributing tasks according to each trip, and following the performance of the teams instantaneously.
This ensures the provision of accurate and rapid counseling services that contribute to the comfort of the guests of Rahman, and facilitate their transfer from the reception centers to their residence headquarters.

Digital transformation in Hajj services

The “Arshadni” platform is one of the digital transformation initiatives in Hajj services, and it embodies a qualitative development in benefiting from technology to provide more accurate and effective field services, and in line with the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision in improving the quality of services provided to pilgrims and pilgrims.

It is noteworthy that the center operates under the umbrella of the Coordination Council for the companies of the heads of sects and the providers of the pilgrims service abroad, with the effective participation of the General Syndicate of Cars, and the direct supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, where this year has been qualified and trained more than 1,200 guides, they were provided with modern smart devices.
They were distributed to the reception sites such as the Al -Nawariya Center and the Al -Haramain Train Station, to facilitate the process of guiding buses and deliver them accurately to the pilgrim housing headquarters.
