78 Judicial Control Performing the legal oath
Abu Dhabi, May 19/ WAM/ 78 judicial seizure warden, at six government agencies in Abu Dhabi, the legal oath, prevented His Excellency Counselor Ali Muhammad Al Balushi, Attorney General of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, marking the start of the judicial seizure tasks of administrative violations that fall within their jurisdiction and related to the work of their jobs in accordance with the legislation and valid regulations.
Counselor Ali Al -Balushi explained that granting the status of the judicial seizure to inspectors in government agencies comes in implementation of the decisions issued by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Presidency Bureau, Head of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi, within the framework of efforts to enhance the quality of services in all sectors, in order to support the competitive position of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The Public Prosecutor of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi called on the new judicial control, to be the model and role model in implementing their duties to support the quality of services in the emirate, and to carry out their responsibilities in the best possible way to serve the community with all its segments and components, and monitor the improper practices in a way that contributes to enhancing sustainable development in all fields.
He pointed to the interest that the Judicial Department attaches to the process of rehabilitating and training candidates to obtain the status of judicial seizure in accordance with the finest practices and standards approved, in a manner that ensures the implementation of the operations related to auditing and inspection work in accordance with the regulations and regulations regulating the various service sectors, while consolidating the principles and foundations of control in the proper way defined by the law to adhere to the correct application of legal procedures.
The legal oath was held at the headquarters of the Judicial Department – Abu Dhabi, for inspectors who have the status of judicial seizure, who represent six parties, including Tata Energy Distribution Company, Municipal and Transport Department, the Economic Development Department, the Environmental Authority – Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, and the Community Development Department.
