The supervisory teams checked the validity of seasonal commercial promotions and discounts, to ensure It is systematic and does not mislead consumers during this vital period of the year.
The supervision extended to shops specializing in the sale of Zakat al-Fitr and sweets, to ensure the quality of goods and the establishments’ compliance with all requirements and controls regulating commercial activity.

The Ministry of Commerce confirmed the continuation of its intensive supervisory rounds throughout the days of Eid, to block the way for any attempts to exploit the increasing demand.
The Ministry stressed that it will not hesitate to take all deterrent regulatory measures against violators, to enhance market reliability and preserve the rights of all parties.
