The “International” General agrees to appoint the company’s auditor

The Board of Directors of the International Human Resources Company announced today, the results of the regular general assembly meeting (the first meeting) held on Monday.
According to the company’s statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation, the results of the association’s meeting included: Approval of the appointment of Zoman Al -Zoman, Khaled Fawzan Al -Fahd and Zahir Abdullah Al -Hajjaj for professional consulting as an auditor for the company from among the candidates based on the recommendation of the review committee.
It stated that the appointment of the auditor to examine, review and audit the financial statements for the first, second and third quarter and the annual financial statements for the fiscal year, and for the first quarter of the fiscal year.
She pointed out that the appointment of the auditor with a total fee of one thousand riyals is not inclusive of value -added tax.
