Abu Dhabi Export Export highlights the pioneering role of Emirati women in the industrial sector during "Make in the Emirates 2025"
Abu Dhabi, May 20 / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Export Office (ADEX) organized the financing arm of the exports of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, as part of its participation in the fourth session of the exhibition “Made in the Emirates 2025”, a dialogue session entitled “UAE leadership in the industry sector”.
This session came within the efforts of (ADX) to highlight the pioneering role of Emirati women in the industrial sector, and to highlight the national record full of their achievements and effective contributions in various vital sectors, in a way that contributes to diversifying the national economy, and enhancing the growth of Emirati exports on the global scene.
A group of Emirati women leaders who represent prominent models in the industrial sector participated in the dialogue session, and they are: Dr. Al -Yazi Kuwaiti, Executive Director of the Emirati Industries Sector in “Mubadala”; Fatima Al Hammadi, Commercial CEO of Khalifa Economic Zones – Kizad Group; Engineer Yasmine Al -Anzi, Director of the Industry Revolution Center Industry X.0 at Max High Technology Company; And Maryam Al -Jabri, Production Commander at Strata Manufacturing Company; Kholoud Al -Nuaimi, Senior Director of Business Excellence at Emirates Food Industries Company, and the dialogue managed Kindergarten, Director of Communication and Partnerships at Mohammed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, which dealt with the axes of the session in an interactive manner that highlights the work of the participants’ work by reviewing their success stories and their inspiring achievements, and promising future aspirations.

The session included several main axes, including, enabling national competencies, the importance of inspiring a new generation of Emirati youth to engage in industrial paths, and the role of innovation and advanced technology in drawing the future of industry.
The outputs and recommendations focused on the pivotal role of national institutions such as (Abu Dhabi Export Office) in supporting the comprehensive industrial growth based on export, by providing financing solutions that support the growth of Emirati companies, and contribute to enhancing their competitiveness in promising global markets, and establishing gender equality as a pivotal element in industrial policies, and encouraging regional and international cooperation for projects led by women, which opens new horizons For sustainable industrial growth and enhances the global presence of Emirati women.
