A famous artist wishes to die veiled .. Who is she?

The artist Marwa Abdel Moneim opened her heart and spoke frankly about the internal conflict that she lives between her deep love of art since childhood, and her spiritual longing for closer to God and wearing the veil.

During her meeting on the “Qaddah Stat” program with the media Marwa Sabri, Marwa admitted that she was just around the corner than making the decision to wear the veil, but she hesitated for fear of retreating later, saying: “I was afraid to wear it and take it off after that … and my Lord, I die veiled and martyr.”

She pointed out that she is sure that the veil is obligatory, but she faces harsh criticism: “People disbelieve me because I am not veiled, but I believe in the worship of the reparation of thoughts … worship is not only fasting and prayer.” She added, “I believe that I will punish the delay of the veil, but I can wear it a day before I die.”

She emphasized that her mother supported her morally and calls her constantly, and she says to her: “Keep your kindness to the veil,” stressing that she believes that her livelihood will increase after making the decision: “May God test me.”

Despite her spiritual wishes, Marwa is still linked to the world of acting, stressing: “I met myself for the love of acting … and if I came to roles, I do it while I am veiled, I refuse … but the devil tries to leave me for myself a lot.” (Fuchsia)
