المملكة: Digital shift .. The launch of the smart “Gate of” to serve the guests of Rahman in 10 languages

The Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque today launched the smart portal of “Qasid”, which is the largest of its kind in the history of the presidency, within a qualitative digital path.
It aims to enhance the experience of the guests of Rahman through a simplified and comprehensive legal content, which addresses the pilgrim, the pilgrim, and the visitor in several languages, keeping pace with the requirements of worship and the privacy of the faith trip in the Hajj season 1446 AH.

Digital transformation in the Two Holy Mosques

Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al -Sudais launched the “Qassed” portal from the presidential headquarters, stressing that this platform represents one of the pillars of the smart digital transformation.
This is in line with the goals of the presidency in communicating the message of the Two Holy Mosques to the world, through digital services supported by modern technologies and artificial intelligence.
He explained that “Qasid” is the first global creative digital portal, the judiciary of content, and with a design designated for the presidency, to be a legal and enrichment reference that serves visitors through a precise database that takes into account global standards.

A group of interactive services

The portal provides a set of interactive services, including displaying times of prayers, names of imams and muezzins, the schedule of scientific lessons, their locations, and the participants from those with virtue, in addition to the centers of answering the questioners, and episodes of teaching the Holy Quran.
“Qasid” is also characterized by interactive guidance feature through smart maps that enable the visitor to access sites and services easily.
This is in addition to the textual chat feature to respond immediately to inquiries, which enhances the speed of reaction and keeps pace with digital transformation in the two holy mosques.

A package of enrichment materials

The portal includes a package of enrichment that includes explaining the characteristic of prayer and ablution, the interpretation of legal terms, selected recitations, and supplications.
This is in addition to links to specialized platforms such as “electronic readers”, the “Surat Al -Fatihah” platform, and “The Two Holy Mosques”.
It is noteworthy that the launch of the “Qassed” portal comes within the operational plan for the Hajj season, within the framework of its specialized paths aimed at maximizing digitization, and strengthening technology to serve millions of intended and visitors with the highest legal and service standards.
Yesterday, the second edition of the “Robot Manarat Al -Haramain” robot, based on artificial intelligence techniques, was launched, dedicated to answering the questioners in the Grand Mosque.
