“Dubai Health” discusses the unification of future visions of the “pulsating” system

The Dubai Health Authority recently organized a strategic forum with the participation of a number of chief executives and information technology directors in private health facilities, to discuss challenges, opportunities, visions, and achievements achieved by the “pulsating” system, and best practices related to health data governance, and in line with the targets of digital transformation in the Emirate of Dubai, and establishes its position as a global destination for innovation in health care.
The Executive Director of the Joint Institutional Support Services Sector at the Dubai Health Authority of Mona Baran stressed the importance of the forum, which embodies the commitment of the authority to build an integrated digital health system, based on knowledge and data, as well as the importance and role of strategic partnerships between the various components of the health system, to achieve more successes in digital transformation, in a way that keeps pace with the emirate’s aspirations, and enhances its readiness towards the future.
She pointed to the great interest that the Dubai Health Authority attaches to investment in building digital capabilities, expanding the scope of institutional innovation, employing artificial intelligence and modern technologies to provide more efficient and sustainable health services and the ability to improve the patient’s experience and raise the quality of life.
For his part, the Director of the Health Information and Smart Information Department at the Dubai Health Authority, Dr. Mohamed Al -Rida, said that the forum discussed many axes related to the common challenges in the path of digital transformation, the future of cloud hospitals, artificial intelligence applications, genome science in the health care experience, cybersecurity, and the importance of enhancing digital transformation to accelerate access to medical information within a smart, flexible and sustainable environment, and in line with the targets Dubai Social Agency 33, in providing an advanced health care model that puts a person at the heart of his priorities.
The forum also reviewed successful and advanced experiences in data and digital innovation applications that contributed to achieving excellence in the operational efficiency of health care with the participation of experts from strategic partners, such as “Oracle”.
