Abu Dhabi, May 22 / WAM / The Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi launched today the student exhibition of the “Talent” program for the development of creative talents, which includes more than 500 visual and creative artworks for more than 240 students from the program.
The exhibition will be held in the lighthouse of Saadiyat and receives visitors daily from May 22 to June 30, 2025 in Manara Al Saadiyat.
The “Talent” exhibition is concerned with enhancing creative capabilities and developing technical talents among students in public and private schools and schools of educational partnerships in Abu Dhabi.
In its eighth edition this year, the exhibition highlights a wide range of artworks that exceed 500 diversified works, including drawing areas, photography, Arabic calligraphy, and graphic design.
The exhibition is an ideal platform that enables students to display their creative works in front of the public, which encourages them to free artistic expression, contribute to enhancing their creative growth, refining their skills, and enabling them to upgrade them to new horizons of excellence.
This initiative is in line with the mission of the broader culture and tourism department in Abu Dhabi to invest in youth and care for creative talents as part of its ongoing efforts to consolidate the emirate’s position as a leading center for culture, innovation and artistic excellence.
In addition to the annual student exhibition, the program also contributed to enabling students of “my talent” to display their artwork, over the past few years, through many regional and international exhibitions, including the Middle East Film and Photo Stories Exhibition, Expo 2020, and the “New York Festival”.
These posts contribute to presenting students’ talents and creations and enrich their artistic experiences.
The “My Talent” program contributes to the consolidation of the national identity, and the enhancement of a sense of pride in the Emirati culture and heritage, by highlighting the rich artistic traditions of the UAE using the strength of art and performance as a means of cultural expression and innovation.
