Abdullah Al Shehhi, Chairman of the Council of the Yas Society for Culture, Arts and Theater, which is based in the capital, Abu Dhabi, said: The artist Yasmine Abdel Aziz and the artist Karim Fahmy deserve this appreciation, for the distinguished artistic works they present that elevate the original creative contents, which have received appreciation and attention from various artistic circles inside and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Al Shehhi added, in the letter granting “honorary membership”, which the “Association” published on its official page on the “Instagram” website, that “Yas Society for Culture, Arts and Theater” is keen to appreciate the role of creative people in various Gulf and Arab countries, in a way that contributes to supporting joint efforts. To present artistic works that elevate creative values, and aim to establish awareness of culture, arts, and theater, through bright and honorable models, and to preserve the Arab identity in various dramatic works.
The star Yasmine Abdel Aziz re-published the letter granting “honorary membership” on her official Instagram page, as did the star Karim Fahmy, stressing their honor with this appreciation, which they received from the “Yas Society for Culture, Arts and Theater”, as a high appreciation for the artistic works they presented together over the past years, and they achieved great and exceptional success, given the topics they presented in their artistic works.

The series “We Forget Who Was” was an extension of the dramatic works that Yasmine Abdel Aziz presented with Karim Fahmy in recent years, after they presented together, in the Ramadan 2020 season, the series “We Love Again Why,” and in Ramadan 2025 the series “And Meet Habib.”
