Al -Nishami team announces its list to confront Oman and Iraq in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers

The technical staff of the Jordanian national football team, led by coach Jamal Salami, announced the official list of 30 players, in preparation for the confrontations of Oman and Iraq in the third and decisive round competitions of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The list includes: Yazid Abu Laila, Abdullah Al -Fakhouri, Nour Bani Attia, Muhammad Al -Amwasi, Abdullah Nassib, Youssef Abu Al -Jazar, Yazan Al -Arab, Hadi Al -Hourani, Salim Obaid, Hossam Abu Al -Dahab, Muhammad Abu Al -Nadi, Ihsan Haddad, Adham Al -Quraishi, Ahmed Assaf, Nizar Al -Rashdan, Ibrahim Saadeh, Nour Al -Rawabida, Rajai Ayed, Amer Jamous, Muhammad Al -Dawood, Muhammad Alwan, Mahmoud Mardi, Muhannad Samarin, Muhammad Abu Zureik, Ali Al -Azziza, Musa Al -Taamari, Ibrahim Sabra, and weighs of bliss.
Al -Nishami concluded their internal camp, which was held in the capital Amman during the period from 17 to 22 May, with the team leave on Saturday evening to the Saudi city of Dammam to hold a training camp, interspersed with a friendly meeting in front of the Saudi national team on Friday, May 30, as part of the final preparations for the next two confrontations.
Jordan will face its Omani counterpart on Thursday evening, June 5 at 7:00 Jordan time, at the Qaboos Complex Stadium in Muscat, with the Iraqi team hosting on Tuesday 10 June in the Amman International Stadium at 9:15 pm.
In a related context, on Sunday evening, May 25, in the Qatari capital, Doha, the FIFA 2025 Arab Cup, which will be held during December, will be withdrawn in Qatar.
The Nashami team is playing the qualifiers in the second group, where it occupies the second place with 13 points, behind South Korea (16 points), followed by Iraq (12), then Oman (10), Palestine (6), and Kuwait (5).
According to the qualifying system, the first two teams from each group qualify directly to the 2026 World Cup, while the third and fourth teams are playing a fourth role of qualifiers for competition for the remaining seats.
