“Barkan” launches new public attitudes in the Mirdif area, according to the elastic tariff

Park B. (Barkan), the largest provider of public vehicle parking parking in Dubai, has announced the expansion of its portfolio of public vehicle parking by launching a new public parking group in the Mirdif area, which will enter into force starting today, Monday, May 26, 2025.

This initiative comes within the framework of the company’s commitment to enhancing easy access, improving the availability of vehicle parking, and supporting the flow of traffic in areas with high population density.

Within this proposal, the public vehicle parking tariffs will be applied to the areas updated in Mirdif, according to the following:

• Region 251 C Vehicle parking on the side of the road

• Region 251 D Vehicle parking in the squares

These areas are located in commercial sites in the Mirdif area, which has a very high occupancy rate and a continuous demand throughout the day.

Knowledge details

Vehicle parking fees will be applied from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. On Sunday and official holidays, the positions will be free.

The tariff structure will be determined based on the type of position (on the side of the road or in the squares), the duration of the stop, and whether the service is during or outside the peak hours.

Barkan explained that, according to the tariff, the region will be 251 C– Side parking at 4 dirhams (peak time) and 2 dirhams (outside peak times) for the first hour,

And 8 dirhams / 5 dirhams at two o’clock, 12 dirhams / 8 dirhams at three o’clock, and 16 dirhams / 11 dirhams for the fourth hour.

As for the region D 251 -The squares of the squares, with a fee of 4 dirhams (peak time) and 2 dirhams (outside the peak times), and 8 dirhams / 4 dirhams per hour, and 12 dirhams / 5 dirhams in the three o’clock, and 16 dirhams / 7 dirhams for the fourth hour, while the overnight tariff remains 24 hours with a value of 20 dirhams fixed.

Public vehicle parking is available on a daily basis only in the region D 251 In the positions of the squares.
