Dubai, May 29 / WAM / Dubai Corporation for Community Contributions, “Jude”, organized a strategic work retreat entitled “The Rent of Goodness”, in the presence of representatives from government and private agencies, and the participation of a number of experts and community partners, in line with the goals of the community “and in an effort to draw a comprehensive future road map for the system of societal contributions in the Emirate of Dubai, which reflects the goals of Dubai Social Agency 33, 33, The emirate’s aspirations are translated into an integrated and sustainable human societal model, based on the pivotal role played by “Jude”, as a central platform concerned with organizing and directing societal contributions in all its material and non -material forms, and ensuring a sustainable impact based on clear and transparent indicators.
His Excellency Hessa Bint Issa Bouhamid, Director General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai Corporation for Community Contributions, said that the quality of goodness represents a strategic step within the efforts of the Foundation to develop an integrated road map for the future of community contributions, reflecting the vision of the Emirate of Dubai in achieving social sustainability, and consolidating the culture of giving and participation affecting the long term.
Her Excellency added: “We work according to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, and follow the follow -up of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, to build an integrated social and humanitarian model that reflects the societal values ​​of the Emirate of Dubai, not limited to financial support, but rather includes participation in time and experience It enhances the concept of societal solidarity with the spirit of Dubai that does not know the impossible. “
In turn, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Hulk, Director General of the Tarmam Charitable Foundation said that we must have indicators and criteria that measure our effectiveness in society, whether socially or economically, “stressing that” all people in need can be enabled to have an active role in society. “
For his part, Sunny Farki, Chairman and founder of the James Education Group and the Farki Foundation, pointed out that the true measure of success is not only what you achieve, but what you contribute to, praising the government of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and everyone who was present in the retreat and said: “Together, we will continue to make teams for our families, for our children and for the world.”
The events witnessed an impressive and inspiring moment represented in a speech delivered by the presenter of the “My Heart Inside” program, Ghaith, in which he highlighted the importance of institutional humanitarian work and its influence that extends in the lives of individuals and societies, stressing the necessity of concerted efforts between various sectors to achieve sustainable goals in line with the values ​​of giving and solidarity.
For his part, Ahmed Darwish Al -Muhairi – Director General of the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Action in Dubai, Vice -Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai Corporation for Community Contributions stressed the importance of “Jude” being alone as part of the initiatives that enhance the executive path of Dubai Social Agenda 33, and aims to enable the community giving system through innovative tools, and expanding partnerships with the public and private sectors, in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable development, and reinforces Dubai’s position is a leading humanitarian center high.
Al -Muhairi noted the most important outputs and results achieved from the retreat, which included the adoption of a set of practical perceptions that represent a strategic entrance to formulate the executive work plan for the next stage of the “Joud” platform, and to build a clear road map that redefines the role of the platform within the integrated societal system of the Emirate of Dubai.
Al -Muhairi explained that one of the most prominent achievements achieved by this retreat is to prepare a joint framework to align the schedules of social responsibility at the level of governmental, semi -governmental and private sector, in order to ensure the integration of roles and unify efforts according to local, national and international priorities.

A comprehensive strategy has also been approved for various community resources management, which allows directing financial and non -financial contributions in a more effective and sustainable way, and expanding the community participation circle to include time, experience and knowledge, along with material support.
The retreat agenda included a series of specialized dialogue sessions that were distributed to four main axes dealing with the first axis and its title “Welfare sustainability”, mechanisms for upgrading the concept of giving to become a sustainable system that guarantees the welfare of society in the long run, with a focus on the importance of expanding this concept to include non -financial resources such as time, experience, knowledge, and active participation of different groups of society.
The second axis focused on the importance of involving individuals and different sectors in designing participatory societal solutions, under the title “Publishing and Sharing”.

The attendees discussed the importance of overcoming traditional cooperation patterns towards more flexible and innovative models, capable of achieving integration between sectors and enhancing the culture of participatory design, which opens the way for generating specific ideas and activating new and influential partnerships.
The discussions touched on the third axis “enrichment and impact”, to the necessity of align the “Jude” initiatives with the local, national and global frameworks, and working to build a unified framework to measure the societal impact in a scientific and effective way, translating the efforts of the institution at the emirate level in particular, and contributes to supporting the UAE’s obligations in general to the sustainable development goals.

Participants touched on the possible tools that would reflect this effect on the ground, in order to enhance the confidence of society and partners with the outputs of organized community work.
The sessions were concluded with a fourth axis entitled “We keep up to gain” and was highlighted through which the importance of adopting the latest smart technological developments in the work of societal platforms, foremost of which is artificial intelligence and digital solutions, as basic empowerment tools in building confidence with stakeholders and providing experiences with a tangible impact.
The outputs of the retreat included a preliminary visualization of cooperation opportunities between the various sectors, with the aim of enhancing institutional integration, activating partnerships, and stimulating influential contributions by conducting impact measurement operations periodically, in a way that contributes to the consolidation of the “Jawd” platform site as a basic reference for giving in Dubai, and enhances its ability to attract leading societal initiatives and achieve a sustainable impact.
These outputs reflect the constructive and comprehensive approach that characterizes the humanitarian work in the emirate, through the participation of a group of decision -makers, experts and practitioners in humanitarian and societal work, in line with the ambitious vision of Dubai’s leadership in building a global model to be followed in social work management according to the finest development standards and in a way that contributes to the advancement of the quality of life in the emirate, and the achievement of sustainable development goals.
The retreat within its rich agenda included a group of workshops, during which the participants exchanged their ideas and aspirations and discussed the new initiatives, as well as organizing an “Narrawi to Tahl” event, which reviewed inspiring stories stemming from realistic experiences in societal giving.
