Ras Al -Khaimah on June 2 / WAM / The Ras Al Khaimah Economic Regions Authority, “Rakz” and “Marjan”, announced the appointment of the International Real Estate Consulting Company “JL” as an exclusive rental consultant for the main offices complex “Rak Al -Khaimah Central H Qi” within the main plan of Ras Al Khaimah Central in a step to enhance the scene of commercial real estate in the emirate.

JLL will be responsible for the exclusive leasing of all office and commercial spaces within the project, with the phase of pre -leasing and the tenants.
