Dubai Establishment announces work times during the blessed Eid Al -Adha holiday

The General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai has announced the official work times during the blessed Eid Al -Adha holiday, which starts from Thursday 5 June, and the official working hours will resume on Monday 9 June 2025.

The General Administration stated that the happiness center of the customers at Dubai International Airport – Building 3 (The Track Hall) will continue to provide its services around the clock and throughout the week, in order to ensure the flow of procedures and provide full support to travelers and dealers during the Eid period.

The Happiness Center in Al -Awir also continues to receive auditors daily from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm, to facilitate the completion of transactions and meet the needs of customers with flexibility and efficiency.

Dubai’s residence confirmed that its digital platforms are available around the clock, and it is a major channel for completing transactions and providing services quickly and effectively, in order to shorten time and enhance the customer’s experience. The continued provision of services during the leave comes within the framework of the administration’s commitment to providing a flexible and smart service environment that rises to the level of customers’ aspirations.

The public can communicate with the administration and provide inquiries related to transactions via the “Samar” call center on the free number 8005111, which works around the clock and throughout the week.

Dubai also called on all dealers to use its digital channels to easily complete their transactions, through the official website: www.gdrfad.gov.ae and DubaINOWOT and GDRFA DXB smartphones.
