The Union’s Attorney General: The release of 963 inmates embodies the positions of the head of the human state and his keenness to enhance the values of tolerance and mercy
Abu Dhabi, June 3 / WAM / His Excellency Counselor Dr. Hamad Saif Al -Shamsi, Attorney General of the Federation, affirmed that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, affirmed the release of 963 inmates from the inmates of the penal and reformist establishments who have been sentenced to various cases and His Highness guaranteed the payment of the financial obligations that resulted in them in implementation of these provisions, on the occasion of Eid al -Adha The blessed represents a real embodiment of his humanitarian positions and his keenness to enhance the values of tolerance and mercy in Emirati society, and to consolidate the principle of pardon and reform, which is considered one of the foundations of renaissance and development in the UAE.
His Excellency pointed to the importance of the decision in devoting the principles of restorative justice, by giving a new opportunity to individuals who are pardoned to adhere to the laws and return to the right behavior, in addition to its role in supporting the family entity and its stability and introducing joy and pleasure to the souls of the families of the convicts and their families and their children on this blessed occasion, expressing his hope that this honor will be a source of goodness in the hearts of their decision Release.
