Government schools are launching the “Online” review classes before each exam

Government schools launched final review sessions online, a day before each test, as part of an integrated educational plan aimed at raising the level of academic achievement and achieving the best results at the end of the year.

School departments indicated, in official messages sent to parents, which were seen by «Emirates Today» that this educational initiative comes in appreciation of the vital role played by parents in following up the performance of male and female students and their continuous support, stressing the importance of the active educational partnership between the home and the school in pushing the education process towards excellence.

School departments considered the review classes “remotely”, as a valuable opportunity to enhance understanding, stabilize information, and prepare students psychologically and cognitively to take the tests with confidence and reassurance. Schools also called on parents to encourage their children to attend these sessions regularly, to ensure the maximum benefit from scientific content and moral support provided.

This step comes in the context of educational institutions seeking to activate flexible education and provide enrichment support outside the traditional frameworks, which enhances students’ readiness and reduces the tension accompanying the exam period.

In addition, a number of other government schools launched a special initiative that allows students to provide quick solutions and ideas to raise the degrees of distinguished behavior, before the end of the school year, to ensure that they are not lost their opportunity to enhance their behavioral assessments, in a move aimed at enabling students and motivating them to improve their school behavior.

The initiative focuses on engaging students directly in providing development proposals that include several axes, most notably: improving the class environment and school facilities, proposing liquidation activities and motivational trips, enhancing cooperation between the family and the school, sharing the positive experiences that students fought during the academic year, and providing ideas related to the development of teaching methods or school schedule.

Schools encouraged students to propose digital applications and tools that can support the educational process, and to provide ideas for implementable technical projects inside the school, as well as presenting solutions to repeated behavioral problems, such as morning delay or poor class participation.

The steps for participating in the initiative are to submit an application via the electronic platform, choose the name of the specialized supervisor, write ideas or proposals in the category designated for the description, and then send the request for review and accreditation.
