Dubai South launches a project "South Square"
Dubai, June 9/ WAM/ Dubai South Real Estate Company launched its new residential project “South Square”, on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, and a few minutes from the new travelers building for Al Maktoum International Airport.
The company said in a statement today, that the “S4” tower was launched within the project, and all units were sold within only three hours.
South Square includes more than 550 units, and is scheduled to be completed during the last quarter of 2028.
Nabil Al -Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Real Estate Company, said that recent years have witnessed a noticeable increase in the demand for housing in Dubai South, thanks to its strategic location, modern infrastructure and connection to various parts of the city, and the South Square project reflects its response to this demand.
It is noteworthy that the sales of residential real estate in Dubai south recorded more than 19 billion dirhams during the year 2024, which makes it a prominent destination that receives the attention of investors.
