Bugsher and Olivira are leading "Emirates Bicycles" For two concessions in France and Slovenia
PARIS – Liopigiana on June 9/ WAM/ The Emirates Bicycle Team scored a strong start in this week, after two wrapped victories across the Slovenian stars Tadi Bugsher, and the Portuguese Evo Olivira, as part of the “Craireium de Dofiné” competitions in France, and “Tawaf Slovenia”, which brought down the curtain on its stages yesterday “Sunday”.
In France, the Slovenian star Tadi Bogatchery opened his participation in the “Craterium de Dovinie 2025” race with a deserved victory in the first stage, which spanned a difficult mountainous distance to the summit of “Montonuson”, beating an elite group of the most prominent international cycles.
Bugsher ended the stage with a time of 4:40:12 hours, ahead of the Danish Jonas Viggard, the “Fisma-Les A Bike” and Matteo Van der Boyle, the “Albiecene-Discynic team”, to be at the top of the overall standings and win the yellow shirt.
In Slovenia, the Portuguese cyclist, Evo Oliveira, of the Emirates team, was crowned the champion of the fifth and final stage of the Slovenia Tour, after a distinguished tactical performance in a 124 -km path from Leteja to Novo Mesto.
Oliveira managed to excel in the decisive moments of Italian Andrea Bagioli (Lidel -Trik) and Spanish Fernando Barsilo (Kakha Rall team), recording a time of 2:56:16 hours.
This victory is the 41st of the Emirates team in the 2025 season, which reflects the continuity of the strong performance of the team on the international scene.
It is noteworthy that the Austrian Felix Grosagerner, from the Emirates team, also ended Tawaf Slovenia in second place in the final ranking, just 14 seconds for the Norwegian leader Anders Halland Johanssen “Ono -X”.
The UAE team continues its international participation within the calendar of the International Bicycle Federation, seeking to achieve more successes during the coming period.
