She pointed out that the student who is affiliated with the study at his own account or who will obtain a mission from a federal or local authority, can apply through the “service of inquiries about study programs abroad for citizens” to obtain the response of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding specialization or university. Request to reconsider

She pointed out that the second service is concerned with a request to review and exceptions that allows the customer to submit an application to reconsider the decision related to the rejection of recognition of the qualification or submit an exception request from the decision to govern higher education for citizens of citizens outside the state, for only once within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of the decision.
