Sharjah consultant discusses cooperation with Armenia in the field of developing leadership competencies

Sharjah, June 13 / WAM / His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al -Nuaimi, Chairman of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, discussed during his meeting yesterday at the headquarters of the Council, Samvil Mofsisian, founder of the Leadership School in Armenia, ways of joint cooperation in offering specialized programs to develop leadership competencies in various fields of future knowledge in a way that contributes to building qualitative capabilities that keep pace with the changes of the times.

During the meeting, which was attended by His Excellency Ahmed Saeed Al -Jarwan, Secretary -General of the Council and a number of members of the Council, the importance of exchanging experiences and expanding training prospects within the framework of international partnerships.

The two parties reviewed the most prominent successful experiences in the field of preparing youth leaders and discussing the possibility of organizing knowledge exchange programs between the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and the training and educational institutions in Armenia in a way that enhances the culture of leadership excellence and keeps pace with sustainable development requirements.

His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al -Nuaimi affirmed the council’s keenness to expand the base of international partnerships with the houses of specialized experience in the leadership industry, indicating that this cooperation reflects the directions of the Emirate of Sharjah in investing in people and enhancing its competencies to be active in facing the challenges of the future and praised what the leadership school in Armenia has advanced experiences in this field.
