Abdullah bin Zayed and the Lebanese Prime Minister are discussing regional developments

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, discussed, during a phone call, with Dr. Nawwaf Salam, Prime Minister of the sisterly Lebanese Republic, recent developments in the region and its repercussions on regional peace and security, in the wake of the Israeli military targeting of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

His Highness and the Lebanese Prime Minister, during the call, dealt with the importance of avoiding the expansion of the conflict and working to reduce the escalation.

They also touched on the importance of adopting diplomatic solutions and constructive dialogue as a means to address crises, which contributes to maintaining the stability of the region and preserving the security of their peoples.
