Sharjah, on June 16/ WAM/ The Real Estate Development Company “Alf”, based in the Emirate of Sharjah, announced the launch of the “Hamsa 3” neighborhood, the last residential stage of the “Walking Rasil” project, as part of its continuous efforts to expand its wallet from modern residential projects.
The new neighborhood is located in the heart of the “Rasil Walk” area, which extends over an area of more than 48,000 square meters, of which more than 31,000 square meters of open spaces and green spaces, equivalent to more than 65% of the main plan, are dedicated to a clear embodiment of the commitment of “A” to the concepts of sustainable urban life.
This comes in line with the UAE Vision 2031, the Green Agency 2030, and the initiative of climate neutrality 2050.
Alf explained that the launch of the “Hamsa 3” neighborhood is a natural extension of integrated residential expansions within a balanced urban environment that meets the aspirations of Sharjah residents and investors, as the neighborhood includes 131 housing units of various options, and equipped with smart home technologies.
The project comes within the framework of the “walkway” vision as the first integrated residential community in Sharjah fully designed to be walking, as it combines residential, commercial and recreational spaces within an urban environment that focuses on human comfort.
