Sharjah Municipality launches the new generation of advanced dam pumps
Sharjah, May 17 / WAM / The municipality of Sharjah City launched the new generation of advanced emergency pumps (Al -Sad 1500) that comes within the fleet of its wide transportation to provide infrastructure services and was specially designed to deal with different emergency situations such as rainwater gatherings in the winter, facing floods and implementing various quality projects that include all areas of municipal work.
The inauguration of the vehicles was attended by His Excellency Obaid Saeed Al Tunaiji, Director General of the Municipality of Sharjah City, the municipality managers, and a number of officials of the organizational units.
His Excellency Obaid Saeed Al -Tunaiji stressed that the municipality is working to promote the parking fleet continuously by reviewing the best equipment and mechanisms that are being developed from distinguished work cadres to match the municipality’s goals and projects that are being implemented throughout the year such as agricultural projects and infrastructure projects and providing field work teams with highly efficient equipment and mechanisms to deal with emergency situations such as rainwater gatherings and contribute to withdrawing Rapids quickly and enhance the smooth flow of traffic and maintain lives and property, especially since innovative dams contribute greatly to controlling and withdrawing water pools.
Al -Tunaii explained that the one pump of these pumps is an integrated integrated intelligent system capable of pumping 1,800 cubic meters per hour with a capacity of 2000 meters as a maximum that reflects its high ability to withdraw and pump water pools and put it at the front of the equipment, advanced mechanisms and modern systems at the region level in terms of capacity, efficiency and the speed of the elderly.
And he pointed out that the new generation of innovative dam pumps works through automatic suction publishing, which allows the operation of the system in an integrated manner in less than 10 minutes without the need for any human intervention.
And he stressed that one pump was equipped with an automatic fixing unit that adapts to all climatic and environmental situations and emergency situations, as well as equipping it with an independent electrical generator to ensure full operation even in the event of energy or work in remote locations.
