"Red Crescent" It launches an initiative "Water" Under the slogan "Do not forget them"
Abu Dhabi, June 19 / WAM / The Emirates Red Crescent Authority launched its humanitarian initiative “water water” under the slogan “Do not forget them”, in response to the challenges of the summer and high temperatures, and targeting the most fragile groups inside and outside the country, especially workers in open sites and deprived of the availability of drinking water.
This noble initiative seeks to alleviate the severe summer effects on man, by providing basic needs that narrate his thirst and protect his dignity; At the local level, it includes the distribution of umbrellas that protect from the incendiary sun, devices dedicated to preserving the water of the water, while including externally, drilling wells, distributing water tanks, and providing refrigerators in areas that suffer from their scarcity.
The authority emphasized that this campaign represents an extension of the march of the humanitarian giving of the UAE, and embodies its constant commitment to protecting human beings wherever it is, and enhancing his right to a decent life, especially in light of the world’s rapid climate changes that made water a rare and vital supplier.
The authority completed its preparations to launch the initiative on a large scale, and began attracting more partners and supporters to expand the scope of its beneficiaries, locally and internationally, to reach “watering hope” to those who need it.
The Authority called on the benefactors and the people of goodness to contribute to supporting this charitable initiative, which is one of the most prominent sustainable humanitarian endowments, through which the UAE continues to enhance its leadership in the fields of giving and humanitarian work.
