المملكة: The head of the Board of Grievances directs to reduce the duration of administrative litigation through modern technologies
The head of the Board of Grievances and the Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Ali Al-Uhaidib, directed the use of all modern technologies to reduce the duration of administrative litigation, during Judicial rulings.
Accelerating lawsuit procedures
He explained that the strategic goal of the current stage is focused on accelerating Claims procedures, and providing advanced services that meet the needs of litigants with high efficiency and complete reliability.
He stressed the extreme importance of feeling responsibility and effective cooperation between judicial and administrative teams, to support the attractiveness of investment and enhance the elements of “quality of life” in the Kingdom.
He indicated that the field tour included inspecting the departments and departments of the Supreme Administrative Court, and direct and accurate knowledge of the stages of the process of lawsuits and the work mechanisms followed.
He pointed out that this The visits come to determine the reality of the judicial business environment, and to sense its actual needs to stimulate the spirit of initiative and innovation among employees.
