The President of the People’s Republic of China receives the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi

President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, received His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, as part of His Highness’s official visit to China.

President Xi Jinping welcomed the visit of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, expressing his appreciation for the level of distinguished relations between the two friendly countries and the continuous development they are witnessing at various levels.

During the meeting, His Highness conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him,” to His Excellency the Chinese President, and his wishes for the friendly Chinese people for further progress and prosperity, while His Excellency conveyed His Highness the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi his greetings to His Highness the President of the State, and his wishes for the UAE and its people for continued progress, development and prosperity.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries in various fields, and the importance of expanding the base of the economic and investment partnership in a way that supports achieving sustainable and balanced growth that serves the interests of the two countries.

The meeting also reviewed developments in the regional and international situation and the importance of consolidating stability, enhancing international coordination in facing common challenges, and supporting peaceful solutions to conflicts, in a way that contributes to maintaining international peace and security.
