The Gulf states call for a diplomatic solution and the Israeli Finance Minister’s proposal reflects moral bankruptcy

Dr. Anwar Gargash, the diplomatic advisor to His Highness the President of the State, criticized the statements of the Israeli Finance Minister.

Gargash said through an account on the “X” platform: “The rudeness of the Israeli Finance Minister Smotrich reached the point of calling for Gulf financing (German, French and British) for the Israeli war on Iran … The Gulf states condemned the attack and called for a diplomatic solution in order to stabilize the region and its peoples.”

He added, “Such a proposal is only a moral bankruptcy of an extremist who does not realize the consequences of escalation.”
