Two days after the period of registration period ends 159 real estate pieces in Makkah Al -Mukarramah
The General Real Estate Authority announced the end of the deadline for the first in -kind registration for the real estate for 159 real estate pieces in a part of the Syndicate neighborhood in Al -Jumum Governorate in Makkah Al -Mukarramah region, at the end of next Thursday 1 Muharram 1447 AH, corresponding to June 26, 2025 AD. Registration to take advantage of the services of implementing real estate behavior and documenting all the changes that occur in the property. "Property number" A royal registration instrument for each real estate unit is registered, and the new property registration instrument includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner’s data, descriptions, condition, and the rights, obligations, and all real estate actions that occur in it, to be a basis for documenting ownership and real estate rights resulting. > The real estate registration for the property "Real estate registry" The task of carrying out the construction and management of the real estate registry in the Kingdom is undertaken by using modern technologies and geometric data through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
