A subsidiary of Taiba Company, it signs a contract to implement a hotel building project for 181.5 million riyals
Last Thursday, the Smart Zone Hotel Company, owned by Taiba Investment Company with 84% of its capital, signed a contract to implement the main contractor works with Al-Saad Contracting Company.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"She added that the value of the contract is estimated at 181.5 million riyals, while the duration of the contract is 24 months from the date of signing. She explained that the contract includes: implementing the work of the hotel project, which consists of 159 hotel keys, and includes a swimming pool on the top floor and a health club, in addition to a modern design based on the latest technical solutions in the rooms and in management. And operating the hotel, as the hotel contains multi-use meeting rooms and various restaurants.
She pointed out that after the completion of the project implementation work and preparing it for operation, the financial impact is expected to appear during the first quarter of 2028.
