"Middle East Railways" and"Mobilti Live" They review smart and sustainable solutions

Dubai, June 24 / WAM / The activities of the “Middle East Railways” exhibition and conference were launched today and the Mobilyti Live Middle East 2025 and “EV Live” exhibitions at the Dubai World Trade Center, with the wide participation of governmental and private agencies concerned with transportation and sustainable technologies.
The events continue for two days, with the participation of more than 250 brands worldwide, along with more than 200 speakers from the most prominent local and international bodies, where the participants discuss the latest trends in the future of electrical and smart transportation.

In the same context, Mohamed Salah, Executive Director of the Advance Mobilyte Group, said that the group is working to align its operational operations with the regulatory authorities in the UAE, especially the General Authority of Civil Aviation, with the aim of enabling the actual operation of advanced air mobility techniques.
He pointed to the progress made in the Emirates regarding self -driving air mobility, pointing out that they are currently working on experimental projects in sectors such as oil and gas, in preparation for launching our operations on the ground in the near future.

Consulting, spoke, stressing that the Gulf region has become a promising market for electric vehicles, indicating that the cost of total ownership of electric cars has become similar or less than traditional cars in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

He said that the operation of electric vehicles with commercial authorities, such as taxi companies, has become less expensive by up to 7% compared to traditional vehicles, thanks to the low electricity prices associated with natural gas, which is widely available in the region.
He talked about the expectations of “BWC” that the percentage of electric cars from the total new cars sold in the UAE will reach 25% by 2035, which is a realistic percentage and reflects a proper gradual growth in adopting this technology.
In conjunction with exhibitions for the transportation sector, the Solar & Storage Live Show, which brings together many concerned authorities such as utilities, independent energy producers, financiers, and organizational bodies that work to develop the energy sector in the region and equip it for the future.
Sara Atwi, General Manager of Energy in the Middle East and Africa at Terabin, which is organized for the Solar & Storage Live, spoke that organizing the exhibition comes in conjunction with exhibitions for the transportation sector by the company and reflects the interdependence between all exhibition paths in the field of sustainability and technology.
She said that the solar energy exhibition is witnessing about 150 brands, including companies that represent about 30% of the participants.
She explained that the UAE is witnessing a remarkable increase in the interest of local and international companies in new and emerging projects in this field, noting that the exhibition provides space for converging local and international innovation under one roof.
She emphasized that the Emirati market has become a major attraction for investors thanks to the supportive environment and legislation that stimulates the adoption of sustainable energy solutions.
