The Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government announces the graduation of 100 employees in its latest rehabilitation programs

The Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, in cooperation with the company “SHL” in the Middle East, organized a graduation ceremony for 100 employees of cadres working in human resources departments with government agencies, as part of a rehabilitation program for human resources specialists in the Dubai government in the field of talent management and analysis. The ceremony was held in the presence of representatives of the department, the company “SHL” and a number of partners from several government agencies.

This ceremony represents the culmination of the success of the Cooperation Agreement signed between the department and the company “SHL” in the Middle East, which came with the aim of providing consulting and training services specialized in human resources, especially in the field of rehabilitation and training valuable accredited for behavioral competencies, and enhancing their capabilities to manage talents effectively, taking advantage of the latest technologies and adopting the best practices in the world.

Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the Human Resources Department of the Dubai government said: Patriotism and strategic directions for our wise leadership in investing in human capital, attracting the best national competencies, and achieving qualitative resettlement, to build a flexible and innovative proactive government, capable of looking forward to challenges and confronting them through an integrated and effective work system.

The training program extended from April 30 to June 17, 2025, two days per week. Employees from 37 government agencies participated in it, making it one of the largest specialized training programs in the field of talent management and analysis at the level of the Dubai government.

The participants reported that they were able to form a deeper understanding of government competencies, and contributed to building a workforce capable of keeping pace with the developments of the times. Each of them also received an international certificate recognized by the British Association of Psychology (BPS) after successful the program’s requirements.
