For the second time… Israeli aircraft sprayed unknown materials on lands in southern Syria

A Syrian report stated that, today, Tuesday, Israeli aircraft sprayed areas of agricultural land in the southern Quneitra countryside with unknown substances.
The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that “an occupation aircraft sprayed unknown materials on the lands west of Abu Mazhara farm and the village of Al-Hanout in the southern countryside of Quneitra.”
It indicated that the day before yesterday, Sunday, the occupation aircraft sprayed unknown materials on some forest areas, fields and pastures in the villages of Al-Asha, Kudna, Al-Asbah, and the town of Al-Rafid in the southern countryside of the governorate.
According to the agency, the Directorates of Agriculture and Environment in Quneitra took samples from these lands for examination, warning farmers and livestock owners not to approach or graze in the areas that were sprayed, until the results of the analyzes are issued.
According to the agency, “Israel continues its attacks and violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement, by incursions into southern Syria, and assaulting citizens through raids, arrests, and leveling of lands.”
Syria is constantly demanding the withdrawal of Israeli forces from its territory, stressing that “all the measures it is taking in southern Syria are null and void, and do not have any legal effect in accordance with international law,” calling on “the international community to assume its responsibilities, deter the occupation’s practices, and oblige it to withdraw completely from southern Syria.”
