A partnership to enable young national competencies in the aviation sector

The Emirates Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Federal Youth Foundation, to develop a strategic framework that contributes to enabling the youth community within the group, and inspiring new generations of specialists in aviation and travel.
The signing of the memo came in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Supreme President of the CEO of the Emirates Airlines and the group, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al -Neyadi, and the memo signed both the Vice President for Emiratization and Government partnerships in the Emirates Group, Youssef bin Laj Al -Falasi, and the Director of the Federal Youth Foundation, Khaled Muhammad Al -Nuaimi.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum said: “The youth of the Emirates Group are an essential pillar in our march towards innovation and sustainable growth. They represent renewed energies and promising ideas that contribute to advancing the positive change inside and outside the group.”
His Highness added: “This strategic partnership with the Federal Youth Corporation comes in an embodiment of our continuous commitment, through the Emiratization program, by creating an environment that enables Emirati youth to develop and distinguish, in line with the targets of the national youth agenda 2031.”
His Highness continued: “Our investment in young competencies is not only an investment in the future, but rather a guarantee of the continuity of leadership and success, and we will continue to support and empower future generations, to ensure their readiness to lead the helm of development in the travel and aviation sectors, and the active contribution to the comprehensive national development process.”
In turn, Al -Neyadi said: “This partnership embodies an extension of the vision of the rational leadership that secures a firm belief that the youth are the beating heart of the future of the country, and the pivotal engine of the wheel of growth and development in various sectors, and from this standpoint national strategies towards young people by giving them ideal opportunities, providing the environment that allows them to launch their capabilities and contribute to the effective contribution to the manufacture of a sustainable future, which reflects the Emirates’s ambitions And its leadership. ”
He added: «The Memorandum of Understanding that was signed between the Federal Youth Corporation and the Emirates Group comes to establish a practical framework that enhances the presence of young Emirati competencies in the aviation sector, and provides them with real opportunities for qualification, development and active participation in leading national projects, as we work through this partnership to build a generation of leaders and experts who have the skills and knowledge that enables them to lead the future of this vital sector With all efficiency and competence. ”
According to the Memorandum of Understanding, the Emirates Group and the Federal Youth Corporation will cooperate in implementing joint initiatives aimed at empowering, developing and involving the youth community within the group, with a joint with the aim of preparing a generation of Emirati experts and leaders in the aviation sector.
