"Dubai lands" It opens the door for registration for a program "National mediator"

Dubai, June 29/ WAM/ The Dubai Land and Property Department announced the opening of registration for citizens to join the “Dubai Real Estate” program, through a dedicated electronic link, in a move aimed at enhancing the participation of national cadres in the real estate mediation sector.

Since its launch, the program achieved remarkable results, as the percentage of the qualification of participating citizens exceeded 180% compared to the annual target, while the value of real estate transactions implemented by eligible brokers reached about 500 million dirhams until the end of April 2025.

231 new real estate mediation companies were established within the program’s outputs, in a clear indication of the growing demand of citizens for this vital sector.

After passing the approved professional training program, the participants receive a three -year “national mediator” card, which enables them to practice the profession according to the legal frameworks approved in the Emirate of Dubai.

In the context of strengthening institutional cooperation, the department organized more than 10 meetings with 71 strategic partners from real estate development, mediation and training institutes, which contributed to building an integrated system that supports efforts to settle real estate professions.

The department also intends, as part of its plans to motivate the private sector, to implement the system of additional points for real estate brokerage companies that employ citizens, in order to raise its competitive classification within the evaluation system adopted in the emirate.

The program comes within the efforts of the Land and Property Department to achieve the targets of the “Dubai Social Agency 2033”, by qualifying citizens to benefit from economic opportunities in the real estate sector, and raising the percentage of localization in real estate mediation to 15% during the next three years.

“Dubai Land” called on citizens wishing to join the program to register via the electronic link: through digital identity and joining specialized training courses.
