The occupation continues its aggression against the city of Tulkarm and its camp for the 154th day

The Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression against the city of Tulkarm and its camp for the 154th consecutive day, and for the 141st day of Nur Shams camp, amid military reinforcements and continuous escalation. & Nbsp; that the city and its suburbs witnessed extensive moves of the occupation forces and infantry teams that were stationed in the main street of the suburb of Actaba, east of Tulkarm, and set up a pilot, stopped vehicles, searched them and checked the identities of their passengers and detained a number of them. The occupation forces also raided the suburb of Sanaba, east of the city, amid wide searches, during which they detained a number of young men after their homes, for long hours and took them with them, before they released them at a later time and were known: Amr Abbas, Al -Ash’a Yazan, Muhammad, Zain Al -Qasim, and Mahmoud Nabhan Odeh. Meanwhile, the occupation forces continue to impose a tight siege on the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps and their surroundings, with the spread of infantry teams and military vehicles in alleys and entrances, and preventing residents from reaching their homes or inspecting their property, amid direct shooting targeting everyone approaching the area. The Nour Shams camp had witnessed during the past week, extensive demolitions of dozens of buildings and housing units completely, and the lanes of the Mansheya, the slaughterhouse, the clinic and the mosque were affected. Tulkarm camp also witnessed over two continuous weeks, the demolition of more than 50 buildings in the Tulkarm camp, and the Blauna, Okasha, the club, the Sawalma, the bathroom, the schools, and its surroundings were destroyed. This continuous escalation came within the framework of the implementation of a plan announced by the occupation authorities last May, to demolish 106 buildings in both camps, including 58 buildings in Tulkarm camp alone, and includes more than 250 housing units, and dozens of commercial facilities, in addition to 48 buildings in Nour Shams camp, under the pretext of opening roads and changing geographical monuments. The escalation led to enforced displacement of more than 5,000 families of the two camps, or more than 25 thousand citizens, and the destruction of more than 500 homes completely destroyed, and 2573 houses were partially damaged, in light of the continued closure of the entrances to the two camps with berms and converting them into semi -life -free areas. In the context, the occupation forces continue their incapable measures at the entrances to the city, especially the Anab Al -Askari checkpoint, east of Tulkarm, which is almost permanently closed, and prevents the passage of vehicles, while residing from time to time a pilot pilot at the Jabara Bridge near the southern entrance to the city, which increases the suffering of the population. In parallel, the occupation forces still turn Nablus Street into military barracks by continuing to seize a number of residential buildings in it, along with parts of the northern neighborhood of the city, specifically the corresponding to the Tulkarm camp, after its inhabitants were forcibly evacuated, and some of them were under the control of the occupation for more than four months, accompanying the deployment of its mechanisms and heavy bulldozers in its vicinity. This street, which is considered a link between the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, is also witnessing great damage due to the dirt berms that the occupation forces had placed several months ago, with an intense of the occupation forces that establish volatile and sudden barriers, which hinders the movement of vehicles and increases the suffering of citizens. The continuous aggression so far resulted in the death of 13 citizens, including a child and two women, one of which was in the eighth month of pregnancy, in addition to dozens of injuries and arrests, and widespread destruction that affected the infrastructure, homes, shops and vehicles.
