The Ministry of Education has revealed the approved organizational rules for transferring and assigning the employees of educational jobs with special circumstances, explaining that the main competent committee takes charge of studying Teachers’ requests and teachers according to two main cases, namely Medical cases , and social cases, with the aim of observing the human and social aspects that may affect Job stability and the family of the teacher and the teacher, with the requirement to provide all the approved regular documents for each case without exception. Treatment in the area where the teacher or teacher works, and a certified and detailed medical report from the hospital where the treatment includes the treatment plan, the final diagnosis and the availability of their treatment, in addition to a schedule of medical visits for a period of not less than six months before the date of submitting the application, and the exemption of modern cases that were not long ago. The second relates to the disease of one of the children, and it is divided into two main aspects: the therapeutic aspect and the qualifying side. On the therapeutic aspect, a modern and accredited citizen’s statement that includes family members and social condition, a medical report from a government hospital proves the lack of treatment at the workplace, and a detailed medical report from the treatment hospital explains the child’s condition, his treatment plan and the final diagnosis, in addition to the son’s birth certificate and a definition from the husband’s work or wife. > For the Ministry of Health, the son’s birth certificate, and the proof of his enrollment in a daily care center or a special education program during the current academic year. Or the teacher and every brother or sister, if he is found, and a detailed medical report on the condition of the mother that includes the final diagnosis and the percentage of disability, and in the event of a handicapped brother, an accredited medical report must be submitted from a government hospital, and if the brother is imprisoned, a statement must be submitted from the prison administration, showing the beginning and end of the ruling, in addition to an inventory instrument of heirs if the mother is a widow. With regard to social cases, the ministry explained that it includes seven cases that begin with the case that the teacher or teacher is alone for one of his parents or both, and it is stipulated in this case that the teacher is the only male, and that the teacher is the only female, and it is excluded from the presence of a brother or sister imprisoned or a sick who cannot take care The teacher is not married, and it requires the attachment of a modern and accredited citizen’s statement to the parents, a similar statement to the teacher or the teacher, and an inheritance inheritance instrument in the event that the mother is a widow, and to prove in the event of a disabled or imprisoned brother. Males are greater than 18 years old, and no more than a year has passed since the death, and the teacher is also required to be unmarried, and the attachment of an inheritance inheritance instrument and death certificate and the data of modern citizenships for the teacher or the teacher and the mother. More than two years have passed since the death, and in this case it is requested to attach the death certificate and an inheritance inheritance instrument to the husband and a modern and accredited citizen statement that clarifies her social condition. The wife, an inheritance inheritance instrument, and a modern citizen’s statement to the teacher explains his social condition and his family’s data. The father of the teacher’s father or teacher is imprisoned, so it is also required that the period of imprisonment not be less than a year, and that there is no male brothers who exceeded the age of 18 years at the time of submitting the application, and a statement must be attached from the prison administration and a citizen’s statement to the father, and a statement of the teacher or the teacher explains the social status. Duty (wives, sons, girls, parents, and those who are dependent on the martyr legally until his death) according to Cabinet Resolution No. 162 and the date of 16/4/1432 AH, and a letter is required to be attached from the Office of Welfare of the Families of the Martyrs of the duty to which the martyr follows, the death certificate, the family record, and the inheritance inventory instrument.

And studying the requests for transportation and assignment for special cases is through the competent authorities in the education departments according to the specified controls, and that the main committee deals with humanitarian cases with credibility and fairness and keenness to achieve psychological and professional stability for male and female teachers without prejudice to regulations and instructions.
